Smart-home work touches your network, accounts, and routines. You should know exactly what happens before anyone changes a setting.
Do I have to use Matter devices?
No. Matter-certified products are the default recommendation when the category and feature set fit. A mature non-Matter device may still be the better choice, and the trade-off will be explained before you buy.
Can you work with a mixed Apple, Google, and Alexa home?
Yes. Cross-ecosystem homes are a core use case. The goal is to identify what can be shared cleanly, where platform limits remain, and how to minimize duplicate apps and confusing controls.
Will you need my passwords?
No passwords by text or email. You stay in control of your accounts and enter credentials on your own device when a setup step requires them.
Do you install electrical wiring or mount TVs?
Not as part of the initial service. Work involving hardwired electrical, in-wall cabling, structural mounting, locks, alarms, permits, or specialized licensing is referred to an appropriate professional.
